I told this company ( United Collection Bureau , Inc. ) to stop calling me about another family member 's debt. I called them a week or more ago ( can't find date ) and they wouldn't talk to me, but only the adult family member ( who is not my spouse ). The reason I called as they kept calling me ( XXXX, XXXX at least ) without leaving a message. I was at work and the family member is not there. As I said they wouldn't talk to me. On the call where I called them ( XXXX or XXXX I believe ), I told them that since they said they were recording the call to record this " do not call this number ( I specifically listed the number ) ever again unless you want to talk to me ( my first & last name ) or my wife ( gave them her first and last name ) about any debt we owe ( we don't owe anything so .... ). On XX/XX/20 at XXXX they called again and did not leave a message. Violation of calling a number on the Do not call registry Violation of calling someone a week or more later who asked for their number to be removed from the system as they are not the responsible party Violation of not leaving name or message on VM which is provided
