I contacted Professional Debt Mediation via certified mail in XX/XX/XXXX to inform them that they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act by listing the debt as an open balance and public information without my consent. I also challenged them to validate the amount of XXXX and the validation letter I received was incomplete and inconclusive due to the fact that rental ledger I received from them only listed rental charges beginning in XXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX. There is no ledger listed from XX/XX/XXXX ( the first day of the rental ). Also, in the rental agreement XXXX XXXX is listed a my nearest relative. This is inaccurate/false because the handwriting is not mine. This complaint is based on inaccuracies and lack of full disclosure which violates FCRA guidelines.
