This company SELF XXXX continues to show an open balance when I have tried consistently to resolve this, At first this company wa sall good my score went up. I went through the whole program and finished. There was a zero balance and they even sent a check back to me to indicate I am finished with the program. Then I heard nothin else and now they keep showing a balance and keep reporting incorrect information on my credit report. ask them to mail you the letter that my account zeroed out and I succesfully finished their program.
