On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response to my initial complaint to MRS BPO LLC where they stated that they would stop contacting me regarding a debt that I did not owe and was a result of identity theft from the previous property manager of my apartment. Since that day, they continue to email and call me to collect on this knowing that this is in dispute. This is illegal and should they continue I will will contact Utah 's Attorney General and seek a criminal complaint for harassment and pursuing a federal lawsuit for their blatant violation of the FDCPA. I no longer lived at the property during the time period they are trying to collect for as my lease ended XX/XX/XXXX.
