I spoke to an Equifax dispute rep today as well as a supervisor about an account that are still reporting inaccurately on my consumer report. I also explained that the accounts should be deleted as they are inaccurate. Account # XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX let me know they could not verify the debt so they requested to delete the trade-line. XXXX and XXXX have deleted XXXX XXXX XXXX. Yet, Equifax has not. Also, while on the phone with a supervisor explaining this at Equifax, I was hung up on. This is far from okay and I will be seeking out a lawyer to address the violations.
