On XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed the below 7 XXXX accounts with Experian via certified mail ( original letter attached ). In my dispute, I stated, I dispute the validity of these debts due to fraudulent payment attempts made by XXXX. The date of last payment reported by XXXX for all below accounts is XXXX XXXX ; however, payment was not authorized by consumer. I dispute this information and, as per section 609 of the fair credit reporting act, I am entitled to see proof of the source of this information. I also requested XXXX provide to me XXXX ) tangible evidence proving the date of last payment is reported correctly ; that is, evidence XXXX was authorized to debit payment for these accounts in XXXX and did not do so fraudulently, and XXXX. ) to be provided with a copy of the original signed contract agreement for these loans. On XX/XX/XXXX, Experian responded to my dispute with Report Number XXXX, Date Generated XX/XX/XXXX, stating, The company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. This item was not changed as a result of our processing of your dispute. Please review your report for the details. Experian did not provide to me evidence showing the date of last payment is reported correctly or with a copy of the original signed contract agreement for these loans. Experian did not provide to me with any documentation whatsoever proving the validity of what they are reporting on my credit report. Only a statement that the furnished certifies it is accurate, which I continue to dispute. Additionally, it has been brought to my attention that XXXX is reporting false information to Experian related to the date of last payment and date of first major delinquency. According to my records ( attached XXXX loan report ) the date of last payment was with a forbearance payment in XX/XX/XXXX and the date of first major delinquency is XX/XX/XXXX. However, Experian reports date as last payment as XX/XX/XXXX. Experian is required to show evidence of their claim that they are reporting correct information. I disputed this issue with Experian on XX/XX/XXXX. Experian continues to refuse to investigate these disputes and reports false information. This alone is grounds for immediate removal form my credit report. Experian is required under the FCRA to ensure all information they report is 100 % accurate. If this information can not be verified, Experian is required to remove it from my consumer credit report. I do not believe Experian investigated this matter. If XXXX did certify the information is accurate, I am entitled to see proof of this certification, which Experian did not provide to me. If Experian can not provide proof that these XXXX accounts are reported 100 % accurate, then they MUST remove them immediately.
