Closed all Truist accounts on XXXX XXXX. Checking, savings, & overdraft remain on my still available online account. On XX/XX/16 my closed checking account was charged XXXX for online banking services. This was paid for from my closed overdraft protection. I have not tried contacting the bank because of their poor customer service. Thanks for your help XXXX
