I got email from Discover on XX/XX/XXXX saying my account was blocked and I needed to call their security team immediately. I did so and waited for more than 3 hours on line while nobody answered and was just cut off. I tried multiple times from Monday to Friday from 8am to midnight, and waited for many hours on line just to get to talk to a human. There was no one to answer the call for this whole week. My savings account totally disappeared from my online banking and mobile app. I saved all my money in discover savings account, and now I can not access it and can not make any payment while no agent can help me solve this issue.
