Thank you for the opportunity to submit this complaint. Grain Technology extended a loan/line of credit to me in 2020. I have faithfully paid every month. I have even come close to paying it off and drew down on my money. The money has always been automatically taken from my checking account. Grain has no way for customers to reach customer service, ever. They NEVER respond to emails timely, if at all. It generally takes 2-3 months to respond to an inquiry, again, if they even respond at all. I few months ago, they sent an email about verifying your account, I went to verify and I was locked out of my account. I have no way of viewing my account number, my payment history, my balance, or pending transactions. I returned to my account weeks later and it required me to verify. It was a very tedious process, unlike any other credit card company I use. I do not use sub prime companies. I submitted my social security card, drivers license front and back as requested. It indicated it would take 5 business days. It has been minimally 15 business days now. I have emailed them at least three times since with absolutely no response. They, on their XXXX page are choosing who they respond to. They are lying explaining because they are short staffed it will take 10 business days, and that is not true. As well they are saying they are being required FEDERALLY to verify identities, but they are still taking money from UNVERIFIED ACCOUNTS! HOW IS THIS LEGAL AT ALL? I have no access at all to the line of credit WE entered into and I have a right to have access AND draw down from based on the credit terms. It is very CLEAR Grain Technology is DEFRAUDING people, and I am seeking legal counsel to see how I can not be responsible. If I stop the auto payment at my bank it adversely impacts my credit score, yet I have no idea what I owe, and can not access my account. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.
