XX/XX/2022, LexisNexis. Public records information is inaccurate. I understand that LexisNexis does not match bankruptcy information to consumer credit files for XXXX. XXXX performs this matching. As LexisNexis has stated in a document I attached. XXXX has given LexisNexis a erroneous match. The address that XXXX match with LexisNexis is inaccurate. I have never resided or lived at the address that LexisNexis was matched to by XXXX. Document attached. The address is NOT on my XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX credit reports. Therefore XXXX is clearly violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. As the law requires I am notifing L exisNexis that the match is erroneous and inaccurate as the law states. 623. Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies [ 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2. Several people in the United states have the same name and last four digits reporting on a credit report but not the same address at same time. THE NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY, AND ADDRESS MUST MATCH. IF NOT THE INFORMATION IS INACCURATE. Please reinvestigate the bankruptcy match again. Thank you for your help in this matter.
