I purchased a vehicle from XXXX who have since changed their name to Bridgecrest. My first vehicle from XXXX was paid in full and title was released to me upon final payment. I then purchased a second car from bridgecrest XX/XX/2016. They advised me because of good standings with 1st purchase, I ccould take the second vehicle off lot with no money down. I made payments on time as stated in contract. Some time after I began experiencing XXXX issues that caused me to be on a leave of absence from work, but still managed to make on time payments. A few months later My job closed due to president emergency shut down for pandemic. At this time I contacted bridgecrest to try and get some help because not only was I off work, but My child daycare closed also! I advised bridgecrest that I was recieving unemployment, and needed to make some type of arrangement so I would not lose my vehicle after going through this traggic situation. thats when they advised me that my vehicle was already charged off and could be picked up at any time. me panicing after I had paid so much into the loan, crying and scrambling for answers. I asked to speak with supervisor, thats when she stated that if i can come up with a couple thousand dollars, they would reinstate with no grace period, due every XXXX of month and if not paid by XXXX on that day the vehicle will be repossed. Going through this financial hardship, trying to care for kids and facing eviction i took all i had to make it possible for me to keep vehicle so i can Maintain employment. the company advised me i will not be directly apart of bridgecrest to look at my account or make arrangements, only to pay. This hurt me so bad, because A company that I have been with so many years, and did business with would just kick me out going through the worst time of my life! following the shut down I was pressed to find new employment, and I did. Thats when i called to see if the company would do something to help change my due date, as the plan would go with My old employer. The staff was very nasty toward me saying, im on strict plan and it can not be changed, if I dont make the payment as stated they will come and reposses my vehicle. It is so unfair to treat a human this way. Im just a single Mother who is trying her best to survive, with all the health issues I have they are contributing tremendously. The car price started off at XXXX i now have XXXX left on this loan. I have paid for this car over 3 times! Im asking that this be taking off charge off status or just cease loan and release title, but at this point repossesion is not an option. I have put to much money and time and it would be a disgrace for bridgecrest to try and take my vehicle away. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!.
