I received a telephone call in XXXX of XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX concerning a debt from XXXX that I had no knowledge of. They sent me a letter that I had a " XXXX XXXX XXXX visa '' account ending in XXXX, last statement dated XX/XX/XXXX showing a balance of {$9200.00}. I have no knowledge of this account and have in fact never even been in a XXXXXXXX XXXX store, I had to XXXX it to find out what it was. I will attach their letter and the letter I am sending the collections agency in response. The alleged debt also clearly exceeds the statute of limitations on debt collection based on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. ss. 1962 et seq.
