The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigation but how is that possible if the, DATE OPENED IS WRONG,, BALANCE IS WRONG, HIGH CREDIT IS WRONG, LAST REPORTED DATE IS WRONG, DATE LAST ACTIVE IS WRONG AND THE DATE OF LAST PAYMENT IS WRONG! This grounds for removal they also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C. 1681e Accuracy of report. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure MAXIMUM POSSIBLE ACCURACY of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. 15 U.S.C. 1681n Section 616 ( a ) Civil liability for willful noncompliance In general.
