The Credit bureaus stated that the accounts reporting on my report were investigated but how is that possible if dates, addresses, and names are inaccurate. This is grounds for removal. Furthermore, they have violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602A which states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604A SECTION 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written consent and/or instructions.
