( Important ) InComm Internal Case ID : XXXX I purchased this card with a total balance of XXXX United States Dollars. There were several transactions taking place wiping out the entire balance. I reported these unauthorised transactions to the card issuer on XX/XX/2022 by phone, and the issuer gave me a case ID of XXXX, yet did not further investigate my report. On XX/XX/2022, I contacted the card issuer under the impression that they were investigating the matter, the card issuer told me that they had wrong personal information about me ( first name, last name ), and that the case was automatically closed because of the artificial error they had. The customer representative was personally unwilling to go through all the unauthorised transaction on file, and they declined to provide me a copy of the dispute files.
