Online purchase was placed on XX/XX/2022 order number XXXX for white Linen dress size XXXX, item # XXXX and white cardigan size XXXX, item # XXXX. The dress did not fit so I returned both items by mail per instruction for returns to XXXX. I called XXXX to confirm returns had been received also received email from XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX confirming the order had been returned was well. I also received a check from XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX for the return amount {$110.00}. On the check stub a statement saying * This check if for the item ( s ) you returned. We hope you will choose another item and order soon. Thank you for shopping with us. After a long conversation XX/XX/XXXX with assoicates/manager/supervisor at Comenity Bank advise there was still a balance due has applied a late fee and demanding I pay the balance and or make payment to items that have been return. This is the next steps that I am attempting to find a solution.
