The company closed the account completely and have not reimbursed me the {$400.00}. I have been calling daily and have not been able to get in contact with the company. Holds times are hours at a time. I want to be reimbursed for the {$400.00}. Now, its tell me to pay the minimum of {$25.00} and available will be {$370.00} on the website. I would like this account to be closed and refunded. Requesting that the company do not report anything negative to my credit report.
