I have a mortgage with XXXX, DMI my escrow account got messed up and home insurance did as well. I got granted forbearance XXXX, then started working with loss mitigation XX/XX/22 when I got my first packet. I been actively working to get everything to them and no communication from DMI or loss mitigation after 10 phone calls I finally contacted someone on XX/XX/22. Told they have everything and that would escalate to help avoid foreclosure. Dual tracking has occurred and I have been working with a HUD approved counselor to get everything working. However foreclosure has commenced while Im actively working with loss mitigation, Im trying to avoid foreclosure and help prevent others from experiencing this.
