On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed a dispute to Transunion showing that their furnisher of bankruptcy XXXX XXXX had removed my bankruptcy from their report and stated that the bankruptcy came back unverifiable. Today on XX/XX/XXXX I received a response from Transunion stating that they will not be investigating because they have already done so, even though with the compliant I mailed on XX/XX/XXXX I attached the XXXX XXXX report letter, the part of the XXXX XXXX report that shows the bankruptcies had been deleted. Per Transunion own website below XXXX XXXX is the furnisher for bankruptcy before XX/XX/XXXX. https : //www.transunion.com/legal/public-records I contacted Transunion at the phone number on their letter received in XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor XXXX came to the phone and stated just because the furnisher stated the bankruptcy is unverifiable doesnt mean it gets removed from the credit report. Supervisor XXXX also stated that they reviewed my letter on XX/XX/XXXX and decided not to pursue my complaint.
