On XX/XX/2022, my credit card was subjected to a Hostile Takeover of Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and {$2000.00} was taken as a cash advance and transferred to my savings account. Subsequent to the transfer to savings, there was an attempt to transfer the {$2000.00} out of savings which was unsuccessful as the account was frozen. The hostile actor changed my email address and password denying me access to the account. As requested by the bank ( Penfed Credit Union ), I have uploaded my Drivers license, copy of a telephone bill, social security card, and a notarized request to change my pass word. I have now received an invoice for {$2000.00}, which is for the {$2000.00} fraudulent cash advance plus interest and fees. The balance is due by XX/XX/XXXX and I have been unable to resolve this in spite of numerous calls to the bank.
