XXXX credit bureau refuses to acknowledge the FAIR REPORTING CREDIT ACT which is a law they refuse to investigate correctly, they are allowing XXXX XXXX to report information on my credit report that is well over 10years old, FAIR REPORTING ACT says you can not attach report information on a consumer credit report that is over 7 years old, despite the fact that I have sent them documentation that proves this, they are allowing this collection company to FRAUDULENTLY report this as if it is a new debt when actually it is way past the statue of LIMITATIONS, this is causing a negative effect on my credit score and ability to obtain credit
