Experian noted that the estimated resolution date would be XX/XX/2022. As of XX/XX/2022, Experian has not completed this disputed. It has been well over 30 days, and they have not been able to validate this account. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Experian had 30 days to investigate the dispute and remove any items proven to be inaccurate, unless notified that it may take longer. As of XX/XX/2022, I haven't received any notice that Experian needs more time to investigate the account. According to law, this account has to be removed if they are not able to validate the account. Remove this account from my consumer report.
