I made a special order through XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021, after about two months I received a statement from my credit card company. I called the bank right away as I had been charged without any items being given to me. The bank opened a claim, they denied the claim due to the fact that they contacted the store and the same manager that charged my card in full instead of putting a hold on the card like the procedure for special order is. Instead I was charged in full and even though its been a year and i informed the bank, filed a police report, went to the store to try and get a return, spoke to corporate, sent proof of texts messages between me and the manager showing I did not have the item the bank has failed to fix the issue. They continue to report this to the credit bureaus and after over a year have no resolution, I have done my part and made countless attempts at fixing this and providing them with the information showing that I do not have the items, they are aware the manager who charged my card was fired from the company because of this same fraud to other customers yet they fail to fix my issue and continue to affect my finances tremendously.
