I sent two rounds of dispute letters in thirty day increments to the bureau with the first round being the initial letter that included the dispute of five alleged collections/charge-offs accounts which was signed for on XX/XX/2022. I did receive a response of a generalized validation of those alleged accounts within the proper thirty days requirement. However, a second round dispute letter was sent and signed for on XX/XX/2022 which requested a more in-depth validation such as original contract, wet signature, and itemized debt. Unfortunately, more than thirty days has past without a response, thus per both letters the credit bureau has a legal obligation to delete any and all alleged debts that are not validated within thirty days under the FCRA XXXX provisions.
