I have reached out to BANK of the West and requested that they remove the inaccurate late payments from my credit report. Bank of the West continues to report monthly to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX nearly ONE YEAR of late payments when in fact the attached documentation will reflect that I paid faithfully in full the entire time that the report is reflecting adversely. If I had EVER been late ( which I was not ), I would have been contacted by the lending institution to resolve the matter. I have never received any correspondence from Bank of the West suggesting that I was late even ONCE let alone for an entire calendar year of 2019. I have attached a copy of my credit report which reflects 12 incorrect late payments in the year 2019. As you can see from the attached documentation, PROOF of on-time payments, but you can also see the discrepency in the credit bureau reporting that I HAD never once been late before or after the months in question. This is a clear violation of my rights under the FCRA which requires ACCURATE and TIMELY credit reporting
