I called the XXXX credit reporting agencies on Monday XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with multiple representatives which was on a recorded line courtesy of XXXX, TransUnion, XXXX speaking about how I have a right to privacy as a consumer to have the information removed that inaccurate and unfair to me as a consumer. The information that was requested to be removed from the report is the XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$390.00} closed account also XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$930.00} closed account when I was denied assistance and my consumer rights were violated. Also, this is not an investigative consumer report, the personal info portion of this report my character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is not obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of mine who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. The confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy and the proper utilization of my consumer report is not meeting my needs as a consumer. Before taking any adverse action and furnishing anything on my consumer report based on a part of my report XXXX, Transunion, XXXX is supposed to provide the consumer a copy of that report and a description in writing of the rights of the consumer which is me and I have not received such documentary evidence making sure this information is accurate, fair and suitable for me as the consumer. I have gotten in contact with XXXX XXXX also XXXX XXXX in relation to this inaccurate information which they will no longer report to the reporting agencies in the connection of collecting a debt.
