I have notified XXXX, Equifax and XXXX about an account that is deemed ( fraudulent, inaccurate and or unverified ). The account ( XXXX XXXX ) was initially removed from all three bureaus however XXXX and Equifax have reposted the account to my reports. I have submitted all of the necessary documents to have the account removed. XXXX and Equifax are continuing to report an account that is not legally verified.
