First noticed an issue when i was denied a loan. So I filed a complaint XXXX about an issue with Equifax. They have my name spelled incorrectly. They also have my my birthdate incorrect. The outcome of my complaint was that I send them a copy of drivers license and social security card. I mailed this information to them directly after the complaint was closed. I called Equifax last week and spoke to them and they said they did not receive it. I was informed I could fax that information in and it may be quicker. I faxed the drivers license and social security card last week to them and got confirmation on the fax machine it did send. I spoke with Equifax today and they said they had not received that information in the mail or on fax. Im getting the run around with no answers from them. I did as they asked and have sent the information 2 times. They have my name as XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX
