There is a collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming that I owe {$720.00}. This is a fraudulent attempt to collect a debt and nothing but a retaliation from XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. We did not have a good relationship due to his discrimination against me and the primary owner of the apartment. I was the secondary applicant and somehow it is still reflected on my XXXX even though it was removed completely from the primary person 's account. After they removed it from their XXXX they somehow moved it to the primary holder 's XXXX which is ridiculous. They claimed we moved out XX/XX/XXXX which is false. The company has no proof we owe any amount and needs to be removed. Also, when contacting the county courts in which the company is located they claim that the 3 day notice from retaliation that XXXX gave us was not on file. Again, XXXX was acting only off of retaliation and did not give us time to explain our side of story. Also, XXXX forcefully towed one of my vehicles intentionally due to discrimination. When calling the XXXX and speaking to manager XXXX XXXX he was very rude and did not give any validation of the debt.
