This is a two-part complaint, I recently filed an Identity Theft Report ( report # XXXX, see attachment Exhibit 1 ) and a complaint against Experian, with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau ( complaint ID XXXX ). Experian removed the fraudulent information that I reported, however they failed to remove an additional inquiry that was originally listed in the fraud report and complaint ( XXXX XXXX ), this inquiry was listed along with the other inquiries that Experian removed XXXX this inquiry was included in the fraud report and Experian failed to do their job in removing it with the other inquiries they removed. In addition. Experian updated my personal information section that was included in my previous complaint and did remove and correct addresses, however, they failed to remove ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), I never lived at this address and is currently causing confusion on my credit report, this address should not appear on my report. Last issue, I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX regarding a hard inquiry appearing on my credit report, the inquiry is dated XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX searched their records and could not find any information pertaining to this inquiry. XXXX instructed me to reach out to Experian to dispute the inquiry and they gave me a specific number to call, which was XXXX, this is the number they instructed me to call to contact a Rep at Experian. I called the rep on XX/XX/XXXX and she refused to do her job and gave me a hard time, which caused my stress level to increase. That being said, the above three errors should not appear on my report.
