In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The Credit Bureaus stated that they did a proper investigation on the accounts listed below. How is it possible when the open dates are inaccurate, the dates lasted reported are inaccurate, and account status are not accurate, etc. I requested that the credit bureaus " investigate every piece of information '' on the accounts listed below. According, to the FCRA the term " investigate consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They stated my accounts were verified but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to law. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A : states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.
