On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX added a derogatory mark on my credit report per Equifax. Upon, further research, this account was transferred/ sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. I never in my life had an account with sprint. In XXXX, I was a victim of identity theft, I contacted Equifax and they removed the account back in XXXX. The Debtors creditor did not verify this collection, Also, there was NO WRITTEN form of communication, contract, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say its mine. According to the FCRA, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX has violated my rights as a consumer and Im requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.
