With doing so I requested copies of the original contracts due to illegal collection and fees not agreed to signed by either merchant or myself. These request made is asking for signed contracts not for these credit agencies to continue updating this collection on my credit profile. This account still remain on both XXXX and Transunion credit file and have not been fully validated as requested.
