XX/XX/22 Company informed me it would take up to 30 days today is XX/XX/22 and I have yet to receive a response I demand all accounts be Deleted from consumer report company has not provided me with any written instructions from I the consumer in fact giving Experian permission to furnish any of the listed accounts I must remind Experian that congress has made it very clear in 15 USC 1681 that " The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system.
