I have completed 2 rounds of disputes for this particular reporting with no action by XXXX. I am also requesting an investigation into the, third party reporter, Lexis Nexis as they are supplying this erroneous information to the bureau. It is their responsibility to make sure they are reporting correct information and they are not. I am disputing a dismissed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy that is showing on my report only on XXXX. This reporting is attached to a case with a social security number that is not mine. I sent a letter certified with delivery confirmation to XXXX and they received it on XX/XX/2022. They responded to the dispute on XX/XX/2022 and stated that it has been confirmed via a third party reporter, Lexis Nexus, and made no deletion of this erroneous information. Please mandate XXXX and Lexis Nexis to stop reporting this erroneous information on my credit report. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
