I have a credit card with Forever21. It is past due, and I am now aware. I plan to make payments soon. Commmenity bank called me 9 times yesterday XX/XX/22. They called me 7 times today. I also got one call from a private number on both of those days and I believe it is from them as well Also : their website is highly unethical. Say you log into your online account to see when your bill is due. If you check within a few days to a week before your bill is ACTUALLY due, the website will instead tell you when the due date of the NEXT billing cycle is. If you check TOO CLOSE to your due date, IT WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT ACTUAL, SOONEST UPCOMING DUE DATE. This is what it did to me. I logged in, thought my bill was due a month out, and didn't make a payment. Next thing I know I'm getting repeated calls. HOURLY. Not only are they harassing me about it, it's a scam to begin with. I should not have to pay any late fees and my credit score should not be affected due to their trickery
