On XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 I called the National credit audit CO. And spoke to XXXX XXXX time, she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. When I asked for a manager she put me on a hold for 5 minutes and came back and said " no manager is there to talk to me ''. She was mildly rude to me when I was talking about my debt collection. When I asked when will a manager be in she said " I don't know they could be here or they might be on break '' when I called right when they opened. I then had a friend call and ask for a manager to see if she would treat them different and XXXX answered and wouldn't transfer the call to anyone. I have been trying to speak to someone else and she will not transfer me.I have also asked for documentation of my collection and she will not send it, I have also asked for a settlement agreement statement and she refused to send me one in writing.
