I XXXX XXXX XXXX Filed a complete and Accurate Dispute with XXXX XXXX and Experian letting these credit agencies know that Im a victim of identity theft and I demanded them to remove all credit inquiries I also demanded XXXX to remove a fraudulent collection from my personal credit report in the amount of {$4400.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX and all inquiries which are fraudulent which I sign in and demanded a dispute so XXXX are aware Of the Dispute XXXX did not investigate nor did they remove that fraudulent account from my personal credit report After sending in a Filed police report theft affidavit driver license and proof of address XXXX also acknowledge the receipt of my documentation however XXXX did not remove or block that information from appearing on my personal credit report According to 605B after a knowledgeable of documentation those items are supposed to be blocked from appearing on my personal credit report Currently as a XX/XX/2022 The judge ordered XXXX and Experian to pay me {$1000.00} per violation XXXX is still failing to remove those fraudulent items and collection and anchorries as I stated before now this situation is going into XXXX XXXX Also Experian is still reporting negative and fraudulent information Accounts are : ( 1 ) XXXX XXXX ( 2 ) Possible finance in amount of {$970.00} Also ( 3 ) XXXX XXXX also Experian is reporting fraudulent and inaccurate late payments From possible finance XXXX & XXXX XXXX Also Experian did not remove XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX from my personal credit report which is fraudulent according to the fair credit reporting section 605B any consumer that identifies identity theft shall demand Credit agencies to remove or block that information from appear on their personal credit report however XXXX and Experian Failed to protect my consumer rights Also XXXX did not complete a Full investigation banks that are being fraudulently Reported is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX And all inquiries Which check systems is already aware of and I have already supplied documentation and FULL COMPLETE dispute
