Duvera Billing Service has reported a derogatory charge off to XXXX for the amout of {$3600.00}. I have never been notified that a debt has been owed to such creditor. I'm not aware of doing any business with such creditor. The creditor failed to contact me prior to placing such derogatory remarks on my credit file. The creditor failed to follow the Fair credit reporting act guidelines. As such, I request that the collection deleted.
