I pulled my credit report and found several errors that needed direct attention. I have been doing some research and the following companies are improperly using my credit report and they have violated my consumer rights under the FCRA. According to the FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602A states I have the right to privacy. Also, 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604A states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account " WITHOUT '' my written instructions.
