to whom it may concern i have some very damaging incorrectly reported information by us department of education on my credit report that has kept my score and credit worthiness down for years kept me for certain jobs and living options due to this wrong information i have tried to fix this with all credit bureaus equifax on XX/XX/22 XX/XX/22 they are reporting a account status : past due XXXX days late on closed account they reporteding a late payment of XXXX without reporting XXXX nothing has been done to fix this problem which are violation for they are not compliant with FCRA
