On XX/XX/XXXX, called Experian spoke with XXXX in Fraud Department saying received letter on XX/XX/XXXX for same dispute reasons with XXXX XXXX and nothing done. Letter for 2nd request sent XX/XX/XXXX certified mail from USPS and XXXX says not received. Told XXXX that it was sent certified on XX/XX/XXXX ( see enclosed proof and documents ) and it has been over 2 weeks ago and yet " nothing has been done '' again! Informed XXXX at Experian that I will complain to CFPB today on XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore, the Credit Bureaus, Experian and XXXX never did and failed to do a proper Investigation according to FCRA. The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he/she is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They did not do this! Also, they have violated my rights even more. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The Credit Bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the account type date, high credit, credit limit, last reported, date last active, date last payment and reporting history ( see enclosed report pulled XX/XX/XXXX vs. prior XX/XX/XXXX reported ) still show the same incorrect and inaccurate information!!!! This is grounds for REMOVAL! They also violated the law because according to, 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy which was violated. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions which was violated. 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 611 ( 2 ) ( a ) : The law clearly states the credit bureaus have 5 days to notify me from when they receive my disputes. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. They also violated my rights under 15 USC 1681 Section 611 ( 5 ) ( a ) ( I ) ( III ). The law clearly states that if items are found inaccurate or can not be verified the consumer reporting shall promptly delete the information from the file of the consumer. Also, Experian took more than 30 days to complete my investigation, so here is attached proof of my certified mail tracking # XXXX from USPS and enclosed.
