Consumer Narrative

The Credit Reporting agencies stated that these accounts were properly investigated and verified but this is impossible since all of the agencies are reporting different information. The account numbers, high balance, date of last activity, date reported, date opened, close date, account description, dispute status, creditor type, payment status, creditor remarks, last payment, are different and therefore reporting inaccurately. This Constitutes grounds for removal of these accounts. According to 15 USC {$1600.00} ( 2 ) Exclusions ( a ) ( i ) a " consumer report '' does not include any report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. So why are these agencies reporting categories such as late payments, high utilization, chargeoffs, and others when then law specifically states that such private transactions and or experiences between a consumer and CRA 's are to be excluded from a consumer 's report? Each forbidden category reported is a violation of my rights. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A4, Congress states that as a consumer I have a right to privacy and that right has been violated. My rights as a consumer has been violated under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2, which states that a consumer reporting agency may not furnish an account without written instructions from the consumer. I have never given written instructions to the credit reporting agencies to furnish these inaccurate accounts and therefore they must be deleted.
