There are several accounts only reportimh to Equifax that are inaccurate. Ive contacted Equifax on several occasions but theyve failed to resolve this issue. Im in the process of purchasing a home and my debt to income ratio is higher than it realistically is due to this error. Im trying to have this resolved immediately. The accounts and their balances are listed below. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting balance of {$5500.00} & its been paid off since 2020. XXXX XXXX reporting {$30000.00} & thats incorrect because it should be showing a balance of 0. XXXX XXXX reporting {$36000.00} & thats incorrect because that account should have a {$0.00} balance as well. XXXX XXXX card showing {$900.00} & thats inaccurate also.
