My IXD plan used to renew in XXXX and now it's due in XXXX. Regardless, Navient continually charges me MONTHS before the plan is due to renew, resulting in credit issues and more interest charged. This has happened for 5 years now and they never bother to stop. I also believe my loan should be eligible for forgiveness and should have been eligible for the student loan pause due to the pandemic, but it was not. I do not want any calls from Navient as I do not trust them, but I DO want them to fix my interest going back to the beginning of their ignoring the dated repayment is due.
