I have submitted several complaints about information being incorrect, Have also presented XXXX, XXXX and Transunion. I have never signed any contract with them allowing them to share my information which is identity theft and a violation of law and the FCRA this has caused me and my family harm in which I am about to sue them all to the fullest extent of the law. They have consistently reported the debt of a living fiction on my personal record which according to HJR 192 and Public law 73-10 all debts are by law the responsibility of the U.S. Government ( Corporate Fiction ) I will give the 3 business days to remove all old accounts, closed accounts, all addreses accept the current address ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Al XXXX XXXX ) off my record or I will file suit for all FCRA violations, Identity theft, commercial and corporate fraud. Also according to 18 USC 8 : Obligation or other security of the United States defined Text contains those laws in effect on XX/XX/XXXX From Title 18-CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE PART I-CRIMES CHAPTER 1-GENERAL PROVISIONS 8.
