I pay Equifax for a credit service. I can not ever log in. It keeps directing me to call their support center every time I try to log in. I get some agent in a foreign country who can not understand me or speaks in a way I can not understand them. They fiddle around with emails and other nonsense. They say they are going to get me to a higher level support. I get a survey. Then they disconnect the call. Does the federal government actually regulate anything? Really, the way this company is allowed to do business could be unlawful.
