Consumer Narrative
I had insurance during this time. The office for XXXX XXXX OF THE XXXX XXXX was submitting my old insurance for this bill. They were not submitting the invoice to my NEW insurance which was prodived to them multiple times. So they sent the invoice to collections. The total invoice was 100 % covered by my insurance. It can not be covered by insurance now because it was sent to the debt collector over a year after the service debt. I should not owe this debt because it WAS covered by insurance. The doctors office clearly can not do their job in the billing debt to have had it processed correctly. Attaching documents of when my insurance started and is still covered to this exact day.
