XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Georgia ... XXXX... I have previously disputed XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Georgia XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2015 with the credit bureaus an their response you verified the item as accurate stating that the credit bureaus verified the information with the Court. I contacted the Court and their response is enclosed. It is clear they do not report to the credit bureaus for that matter ; therefore the credit bureaus original response verifying the item with the court was either an error or a lie. Either way the reporting requirements do not comply with the FCRA and the information on my credit report must be deleted immediately
