Earlier in XXXX I filed a dispute for an overpayment. I over paid my credit card company by {$60.00} making a {$360.00} payment instead of a {$300.00} payment. After experiencing difficulty resolving it with the credit card company I filed a dispute with chime. Chime resolve the {$60.00} dispute and credited my account. However, on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter From my credit card company advising me that they had returned my payment for {$360.00}. Ive been contacted Chime to find out why the {$300.00} had not been credited to my account. After much confusion and runaround I still dont have an answer nor my {$300.00}. I filed a dispute and provided chime with documentation supporting my claim yet it appears to have been closed and I was not given any notification!
